About Mercy Morrison
Mercy Morrison was a woman whose life was defined by compassion, service, and unwavering dedication to others. Born with a heart for humanity, she spent her life uplifting those around her—often putting the needs of others before her own. Whether through her quiet acts of kindness or her tireless work in the community, Mercy was a guiding light for many.
She believed deeply in the power of education as a tool for transformation, especially for the underserved. Her dream was to see every child—no matter their background—have the opportunity to rise above their circumstances and reach their full potential. Even in the face of life’s challenges, including the difficult times leading up to her passing during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, her faith in people and her passion for giving never wavered.
To honor her legacy, we created the Mercy Morrison Foundation—an organization devoted to continuing her life’s work. The foundation supports underserved communities in Ghana by providing financial assistance for students to attend high school. Through this mission, we carry forward her love, her vision, and her enduring belief that a better future begins with access to education.
Mercy may no longer be with us, but her spirit lives on in every life we touch and every student we support. This foundation is more than just a tribute—it is a living legacy.
